In short: our Website uses one strictly necessary cookie that remembers your cookie choice. It only uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) after you have accepted them. It never uses advertising cookies.

These two cookies are only placed after you accept analytics cookies. Before that, and if you reject them, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and these cookies are not set. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google is told that storage is not allowed until you allow it, and we have switched off the advertising features. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. When you withdraw your consent, we delete these cookies and Google Analytics stops.

External media:

We do not show content from other websites, such as embedded videos or maps. Our cookie settings are built so that such a category can be added later; it would only be activated after your consent, and we would update this Cookie Policy first.

How can I control cookies?

When you first visit our Website, a cookie banner asks for your choice. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy and equally prominent, and rejecting has no effect on how the Website works. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary cookie is loaded before you choose. Do you serve targeted advertising?

No. Our Website does not show advertising and does not allow third parties to place cookies for advertising. In Google Analytics we have switched off the advertising features, and our consent settings keep advertising storage switched off at all times.

What does our Website load from other companies?

Only Google Analytics, and only after you accept analytics cookies. It is loaded from googletagmanager.com and sends the measurements to google-analytics.com. Everything else, including the fonts, images, videos and the cookieless Vercel Web Analytics, is served from our own domain.

What about the TimeLens app?

This Cookie Policy is about our Website. Our app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used. You can read more about this in our Privacy Notice.
